MINDS IN SESSION
Minds in Session is a London-based psychological consultancy. We work with corporations, philanthropic organisations and the leaders within them, in the United Kingdom and internationally. Our foundation is clinical, forensic and organisational psychology and executive coaching, and our purpose is clearer thinking, stronger leadership and healthier institutions. We work at the intersection of psychology, leadership and social impact, for those who carry the responsibility to shape culture, guide institutions and act well in complex times. Our regulation by the Care Quality Commission is a quiet assurance that the work is serious and safe.
FROM THE FOUNDER
“When I founded Minds in Session, I intended to build a place of belonging. Somewhere for people who think deeply, lead seriously, and hold themselves to high standards, but also feel unsupported.
My background in psychology gave me the language to describe what people carry, and the tools to work with it.
Leadership taught me how much is often unsaid, especially in the rooms where decisions are made.
Minds in Session exists for those navigating high-stakes environments: leaders who carry legacy, philanthropists shaping futures, organisations rebuilding trust, and individuals on transformative journeys.
I want Minds in Session to be the place that restores the depth, dignity, and intelligence of psychological work both in the clinic and in the boardroom.
Minds in Session recognises that while the world is saturated with performance, productivity, and policy, it is easy to forget that behind every strategy, every conflict, and every moment of change, there is a person: a nervous system and a story.
