CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO NEED MORE THAN A DIAGNOSIS
We hold any assessment and our relationship with you in the same regard. Our clinical spaces are designed to create meaning and outcomes important to you. Assessments and treatments are conducted in person or online by clinicians with doctoral-level training and decades of experience. We work across private, legal, and NHS-referred pathways, and we will adapt our language and approach to meet each context with respect.
ASSESSMENT AND
THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
Our diagnostic process is NICE guideline compliant and relies on a professional team approach, including a pre-assessment, clinical interview(s) and a written report. The assessment, along with conclusion and recommendations are shared during a dedicated feedback appointment.
ADHD ASSESSMENTS CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, AND ADULTS

Our diagnostic process is NICE guideline compliant and includes a clinical interview, observational assessment, a multi-disciplinary team diagnostic meeting and a written report. The reasons behind the diagnostic outcome are explained during a feedback appointment, and we offer continued support for up to six months following an autism diagnosis.
AUTISM ASSESSMENTS CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS,
AND ADULTS

We offer therapeutic spaces for individuals, couples, and families navigating complex emotional landscapes, identity transitions, relational patterns, or the weight of responsibility. These are not standardised interventions, they are tailored, attuned, and rooted in clinical expertise.

THERAPY AND COUNSELLING INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES AND FAMILIES
Some individuals carry stories that don’t fit into a single label. We work with children, adolescents, and adults whose experiences span autism, ADHD, trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, or longstanding relational difficulties. We offer a calm, expert space to make sense of overlapping patterns and to support individuals in understanding how their mind works, especially when their needs are complex or have gone unmet for years.
We also support groups experiencing heightened vulnerability, including young people involved in community violence or gang-related activity. Our work combines psychological containment with trust-building to create new possibilities for growth.

Our approach is personalised, and we offer careful responsive work that holds risk, your identity, and growth in the same frame.

ADHD TRAINING FOR CLINICIANS
We offer CPD-accredited ADHD training for clinicians and multidisciplinary teams. Our courses are made for high-responsibility settings and go beyond basic awareness by including developmental nuance, trauma-informed care, and clinical complexity. Participants gain the confidence to assess, understand, and support people with ADHD with depth and professional rigour. Our unique approach transforms knowledge from ‘Symptom Lists to Lived Lives,’ ensuring clinicians leave with insights that truly make a difference.
